TINC - Magnesium oil (100 ml)
Magnesium oil is an effective way to supply the body with magnesium.
It is important that the cup maintains the correct magnesium level, as a low content can lead to cramps and muscle tension. The oil is therefore particularly suitable for athletes, if you are very active or need relief from the muscles.
Magnesium oil is very effective, compared to e.g. dietary supplement, as it does not have to pass through the stomach acid, where large parts are broken down. By applying it directly to the skin, the magnesium is absorbed quickly and without waste.
Application:
- Apply the oil directly to the skin or to the tense muscles
- Leave on for 15-20 minutes
- Rinse off the residue with water
Some will find that the magnesium oil gives a tingling sensation. It's nothing to be worried about. If a rash is experienced, it may be due to an allergic reaction, and it is therefore recommended to stop using the product.
