The packaging is plastic-free as well as paper-free, completely natural and can be composted in the backyard in just 45 days - to the benefit of both soil and plants. The packaging box is produced from starch, bamboo residues and charcoal. Bamboo is one of the most sustainable materials on earth, growing up to one meter a day. To make the box, bamboo is processed together with natural starch. The material is colored with charcoal without the use of synthetic dyes. Labels are sorted like paper.
