How does it work?
OrganiCup can contain the same as 3 tampons, and can be used for up to 12 hours at a time. However, heavy bleeding may mean that you have to empty the cup more often to avoid bleeding through. Empty the cup 2-4 times a day depending on how much you bleed.
It is easy to use and keeps you leak free.
Before using your OrganiCup, sterilize it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. It is important that you watch that it does not hit the bottom of the pan. Do this every month.
Always wash your hands before handling the cup so that unwanted bacteria are not introduced.

- Step 1: Fold and insert. The soft silicone means that you can fold the cup like a C and insert it. When the menstrual cup is set up, the silicone unfolds and sits tightly with the help of a light vacuum, so you don't leak or bleed through.
- Step 2: Use for up to 12 hours. When the cup is inserted correctly, you will not feel anything about it. Swim, do sports and stop thinking about your period during the day. And the night.
- Step 3: Empty, rinse and reinsert: To remove the menstrual cup, pull on the stem while using your abdominal muscles to push the cup down until you can reach the bottom. Gently press the bottom to release the vacuum and pull it out. Empty the contents into the toilet, clean the cup in lukewarm water. If you do not have access to water, dry the cup with toilet paper and wash the cup when possible.
