The bowls are made from recycled coconuts, which are a waste product from the coconut milk industry. Chinchilla processes, cleans, grinds and polishes them by hand.
The coconut bowl set is a true natural product - food safe, tasteless, vegan and reusable.
The bowls are very versatile and can be used for porridge or snacks, as a salad bowl, breakfast bowl or for potted plants.
The knotted bowl holders make it easy to put the bowl down on the table.

Each bowl is handmade and therefore unique in its shape, size and colour.
Cleaning: :
- After use, the coconut shells can be cleaned with warm soapy water.
- Not dishwasher safe.
- If the bowl looks a little dull, you can easily make it shine again with a little coconut oil.
Keep away from boiling water, microwave or freezer. Therefore, do not use the bowls for hot food or ice cream, as they will crack.
As the coconut shells are a genuine natural product, you can simply dispose of them in the compost or in the organic waste or burn them.
