Essential / essential oil of basil. Known as the holy oil. Can relieve a wide range of problems such as headaches, arthritis, dizziness, nausea, constipation, colds and fever. Strengthens metabolism and blood circulation. Cleanses the airways and can help with asthma. Use the oil in the diffuser, in one spray bottle or on the skin of a base oil .

Do not use directly on the skin. Essential oils are highly concentrated and should therefore always be mixed with a base oil or cream or diluted.
