TINC receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and mobilepay. At the webshop you can pay with VISA / Dankort, VISA, Mastercard or Apple Pay.
All amounts are in DKK / Danish kroner and are incl. VAT.
TINC uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
2. Personal information
To shop at tinc.shop, you must at least state:
- Full name
Phone / mobile number
The above data is stored with information about the items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, see the Accounting Act § 10, after which the information is deleted.
Information is not passed on or sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Disclosure in such a situation would be in accordance with the privacy laws in force at any given time. As a customer, you have the right to access our registration data about you, and you can object to registration in accordance with the rules of this Act on the processing of personal data and questions regarding this must be directed to: email@example.com
TINC packs web orders every weekday. We send packages with GLS parcel shop service to a parcel shop closest to you.
Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days.
We offer free shipping in Denmark for purchases for min. 399 DKK. Shipping an order under DKK 399 costs DKK 49 for delivery to a parcel shop and DKK 69 for delivery to a home address.
4. Right of complaint
Your purchase is covered by Danish purchase legislation. This means that you as a consumer have a 24 month right to make a complaint.
Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviors such as wear and tear and lack of maintenance.
You must contact us within "reasonable time". You must report the complaint within a "reasonable time", ie. immediately after you discover the error. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible after the error is discovered.

5. Delivery error
If you experience errors in your delivery, you must contact us at email@example.com within 2 days of receipt. After the 2 days, we do not have the opportunity to compensate for errors and omissions.
6. Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs must be borne by you.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days after.
The notice must be given per. mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal (by speeches covered by §7, paragraph 2):
- Sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, and where the seal has been broken after delivery or the product has been used. This applies i.a. (but not limited to) soap bars, hairbrushes, make-up, and creams.
7. The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
